Products may be eligible for return or exchange only if they are unused, in original condition and returned within the stated return period.

Special order items, cut pipes, used pumps, installed fittings, electrical items after installation, and products damaged by incorrect use may not be eligible for return.

For pumps and technical products, customers must confirm voltage, application, connection size, flow requirement and pumping head before purchase.

BuildFlow GY is not responsible for incorrect product selection where required specifications were not confirmed before ordering.

Defective product claims must include photos, videos, purchase details and a clear description of the issue.
